Sudev Industries Limited was incorporated on 20th April, 1992 under the leadership of Shri. Rajiv Agarwal, who is the founder of this organization and Shri O.P. Agarwal being a co-promoter. Sudev Industries Limited went for a public float of its equity shares on 23rd May, 1994 for 30,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Company’s shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, Delhi Stock Exchange, Chennai Stock Exchange, Jaipur Stock
Exchange, Kolkata Stock Exchange & The Stock Exchange of U. P., Kanpur. The company has established its manufacturing premises at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh to manufacture Plastics, Alkathene, Natural And Synthetic Rubber Moulded Goods, Foams, etc. i.e. basically to manufacture rubber and plastics products.

For the First time in India, the Company’s units were so organized and developed on the basis of effective oaming Technology for manufacture of Roto Moulded Products which were made in Sudev Industries Limited rganizational Structure for better strengthening of its weight ratio and Super Insulating Process which was evidenced by the Market survey Report by ABC Consultants Pvt. Ltd in Nov., 1993.

Promoters and their Background

The promoters of the Company were Shri Rajiv Agarwal, Late Shri O.P. Agarwal, and Smt. Anupma Agarwal, all of them being first generation entrepreneurs.

Shri Rajiv Agarwal has an experience of more than 25 years in Financial Sector. He has gained immense xperience in organizational growth & business strategy across various industrial sectors in India, EU and North American Markets. His core specialization lies in Capital raising, Strategy and Investment Management.

Smt. Anupma Agarwal is wife of Shri Rajiv Agarwal. She is a post graduate in commerce. She has over 20 years experience in business. She has rich experience in administration, business strategy, and accounts. Her core pecialization lies in administration and management.

COLLABORATIONS:

Also, Sudev Industries Limited had made Foreign Technical Collaborations in Dec., 1993 with M/S T&D Rotomoulding Division of ‘Tanks and Drums Group’ of U.K. for special products. T&D Group were 30 years old Company and have experience in rotational moulding of plastics. Agreement which was entered covers the following areas of business:

1. Know how relating to setting up and manufacture of Rotational Mouldings;
2. Technical data relating to products, materials, tools, metalwork; and
3. Buy Back of the contracted products.

Their Services also include know-how for manufacture of non-conventional products using high performance thermo-plastics, thermo sets and reinforced fibers for which the technical know-how was not available in the country.
